Following the recent adoption of the º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø borough Local Plan 2023 to 2040, we are reviewing our local list of planning requirements. This sets out the documents which need to be included with applications for planning permission and related approvals and consents within the borough.

A draft local list of validation requirements has been published for consultation. This list sets out the required documents and the cases in which they will be required. It also provides guidance on the form and content of the documents and links to other relevant guidance, policy documents and legislation.

We would like to know what you think of the proposed local list and if you think any changes are required. The consultation will be open for five weeks from 16 December to 17 January.

Following consultation, your comments will be taken into account before we formally adopt and publish the revised local list. Once adopted, application will need to comply with the relevant requirements set out on the list before they can be registered.
